Representing Central Ohio homeowners and future homeowners, Char lives-out her true passion on a daily basis by helping and guiding people manage their most valuable asset: a home.

With a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing major from Ohio University (go Bobcats!), Char began her real estate career managing a top-producing team in Central Ohio in 2006.

After three years of learning the ins-and-outs of the business from some of the top professionals in the industry, she decided to expand her business by becoming an independent agent. From there, her domain and reputation quickly expanded all around the Central Ohio area - from Gahanna to Hilliard and everywhere in between.

As a prominent figure in the real estate industry today, Char has since been awarded the Columbus Board of Realtors 25 Million Dollar Club Award, and is an annual recipient of the Ohio Association of Realtors Award of Distinction. Every year she is recognized as a top producer at CRT, Realtors.

Char attributes her success to her core values: to always live by the "get by giving" philosophy. If I make my client's number one goal my goal and live to my standards and work towards a common good- it's a win win for all. I always, always do what I say I will do and sometimes more... but, never less."

When Char isn't out building relationships with her clients, she can be found at home with her family. Char is grateful for the opportunity to show and teach her two children that it is possible to balance a successful business and be a present mother, wife, and friend.
